Sales Leadership Trainee – 6 Month Fast Track to Management
About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding in Oklahoma City and seeking motivated individuals ready to build a rewarding career in the storm restoration industry. We provide paid training, leadership development, and a clear path into management for those willing to work hard and learn. No roofing experience required. This role offers a fast-track leadership development program with base pay plus uncapped commissions during training, hands-on coaching from proven leaders, and advancement based on performance, not tenure. All OKC hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas before launching in the OKC market. During training, you'll work directly with experienced leaders, learn our proven sales and leadership systems, and gain hands-on experience managing restoration projects.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Coachable with leadership potential
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
Responsibilities
- Canvass & Build Relationships
- Inspect & Educate
- Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
- Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
- Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory
