About The Position
Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring a Fast Casual Server for its new restaurant opening at GSQ in Goodyear. The role focuses on providing warm hospitality and great service in a high-volume restaurant, helping guests enjoy a menu centered on vegetables, grains, fruits, and healthy proteins. Prior restaurant experience is helpful, but teamwork and a dynamic personality are emphasized. The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Weekend and some holiday availability is required, along with flexibility to fill in as needed.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest.
- Know the menu and make genuine recommendations.
- Deliver food to guests, clear and clean tables, and package to-go orders.
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.
- Fill in as needed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
