Farm Coordinator

This role is responsible for the procurement and management of feed, infrastructure, and operational activities. The successful candidate will need to have a deep understanding of the entire operations site process and be able to identify areas for improvement. They will also be responsible for forecasting needs, tracking budgets, and driving the adoption of new processes and tools to improve operational efficiency. Previous experience in operations management for a medium to large-sized company is required.

• Responsible for the procurement of feed, infrastructure, and operational activities
• Control and manage petty cash, cultivation database, vendor, and inventory
• Forecast needs for feed, probiotics, and vitamins
• Drive the adoption of new processes and tools to scale operations efficiently
• Have deep knowledge of the entire operations Site process, understand shortcomings, and develop plans to improve operations based on OKRs
• Track and manage operational site budgets
• Ability to drive operations management for a medium to large-sized company with heavy emphasis on operations for at least 2+ years

• 2+ years of experience in operations management for a medium to large-sized company with heavy emphasis on operations
• Ability to drive the adoption of new processes and tools that will allow the operations to scale efficiently
• Deep knowledge of the entire operations Site process, understanding shortcomings and developing plans to improve operations based on OKRs
