About The Position

The Tampa Bay Rowdies are looking for talented individuals to serve as Fan Hosts during our 2026 season. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to serve as ticket takers, ushers and guest service personnel. The Rowdies Fan Host team provides a fun, safe and enjoyable experience at Al Lang Stadium.

Qualified individuals are expected to (but not limited to):
Help the Rowdies stay “match-ready” by preparing your assigned area for guests; wiping down seats and tables, looking for potential hazards, reporting any issues to a supervisor, etc.
Proactively greet guests at Al Lang Stadium gates, tickets lines and in your assigned area.
Scan game tickets to ensure that the proper ticket is being used for entry.
Assist fans in locating their ticketed seats, give directions around the stadium.
Being alert to potential hazards in the stadium and reporting incidents in a timely manner.
Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests.
Implement stadium rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with co-workers in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fans, coworkers, supervisors and management team.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage fans of all ages.
• The gift of maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Ability to work an entire event, on average 3 to 4 hours.
• Be able to work a minimum of 15 matches/events.
• Flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend and climb stairs.
• Able to work in a high activity, heavily crowded and often loud professional sports venue.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions including heat, rain, etc.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
