About The Position

The Fan Engagement Specialist is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through the doors of Allstar Pizza & More. This role focuses on customer service, order accuracy, hospitality, and maintaining a fun and welcoming environment for families and fans. A Fan Engagement Specialist ensures guests feel valued, supported, and excited about their visit while helping operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Provide friendly, helpful service to guests and families
  • Answer questions about menu items, parties, arena activities, and promotions
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure guests leave with a positive impression of Allstar Pizza & More
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
  • Deliver orders to guests when needed
  • Ensure food presentation meets Allstar standards
  • Assist with guest needs throughout their visit
  • Help monitor arena games and bounce houses for safety and organization
  • Ensure equipment is returned to the proper place
  • Assist guests with arena activities and rules when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized guest area
  • Keep the lobby, dining area, and guest spaces clean and presentable
  • Bus tables and assist with resetting areas for the next guests
  • Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Support dishwashing and cleaning when needed
  • Work closely with Hospitality Hosts and other team members during parties and busy periods
  • Communicate guest needs to leadership when necessary
  • Assist other departments when the business requires it
