About The Position

The Fan Engagement Coordinator manages and executes day-to-day fan engagement efforts across Audiochuck’s content and platforms. This role serves as a key connection point between the brand and its audience, helping strengthen relationships with our community while supporting fan club operations and engagement initiatives. This position collaborates cross-functionally to enhance the overall fan experience, ensuring communication is thoughtful, responsive, and aligned with Audiochuck’s voice and values.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in customer service, community management, or fan engagement
Strong social media proficiency and comfort engaging across digital platforms
Excellent written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Passion for community building and fan experience

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Audiochuck content is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage daily listener engagement across multiple fan platforms
Respond to fan inquiries in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner
Monitor shared inboxes and maintain consistent communication across channels
Upload and maintain fan club announcements and content collections
Maintain the Fan Engagement department calendar
Support fan club initiatives, including coordination with external partners on mailers
Manage inbound and outbound fan mail and packages
Coordinate shipping logistics and maintain necessary supplies
Assist with merch initiatives, including shoot preparation and supply coordination
Support campaign logistics tied to fan engagement efforts
Gather and organize weekly episode feedback data
Track and share fan feedback and audience insights with internal teams
Log and track escalations and key fan engagement activities
Support internal processes and cross-functional projects related to fan engagement
