About The Position

Clarvida is seeking a Family Visitation Aide to support children under DCFS guardianship by providing transportation and supervision during family visits and appointments. The aide works closely with Child Welfare Case Managers and Therapists, assisting with scheduling, supervising visits, and retrieving documentation from community providers.

The role helps ensure children and youth receive consistent, safe, and supportive care. It also requires clear communication with treatment staff through timely and accurate documentation. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete a physical exam and TB (PPD) test within 30 days of hire.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to become certified within 30 days of hire.
• Valid state driver's license and active automobile insurance.
• Ability to obtain an Illinois driver's license within 30 days of hire if relocating.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and youth to family visits, appointments, and related services.
• Supervise family visitations to ensure safety and appropriateness.

• Communicate observations and concerns with Case Managers and Therapists.
