Family Resource Networks (FRN) are a Provincially funded initiative to provide programs and support services for families with children 0-18 years. The Greater Foothills FRN provides programs and services for children youth and families spanning three counties and 13 communities. Reporting to the Supervisor, FRN, the Family Support Worker provides targeted in-home support to families with children under six to strengthen parenting capacity, promote child development, build parental resilience, and enhance community connections through strength-based home visitation.
