About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the Respite and Family Reimbursement programs within Family Support Services. The Team Supervisor aids the Director of Family Support in the operation of all Family Support Services and Hourly Respite programs, and acts as liaison to individuals, their families, respite providers, activity coordinators, and other service providers involved in those programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Must possess effective communication and organization skills.
• Must possess a valid/clear driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Must provide transportation utilizing your own vehicle to necessary appointments and activities.
• Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children.

Nice To Haves

• An Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field with three years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
