About The Position

The Family Support Partner (FSP) works within High Fidelity Wraparound principles and brings firsthand experience as a parent or caregiver of a child who has received services. The position requires lived experience as a full-time parent or caregiver for a child involved in mental health services and/or the juvenile justice system. Experience supporting a child with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health needs, or IDD and juvenile justice involvement, may also qualify. The FSP must hold national credentialing as a Certified Family Peer Specialist (CFPS™), or obtain it within 18 months of hire.
