Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services are designed to provide rapid, intensive, in-home support in the critical days/weeks following a crisis. Services include intensive, one-on-one in-home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordinating with community supports. Our goal is to empower children, adolescents and their families to build resilience, strengthen relationships and develop the skills needed to thrive. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in behavioral health, with families and at-risk youth, to be a positive role model and have an impact on our families! Family (Crisis) Support Coordinator job duties include : Working one-to-one with youth between the ages of 2-17, in a natural setting: home, school, group home, foster care, or kinship placemen (caseload of 3-5 individuals) Teaching essential life and emotional regulation skills, behavior reduction, anger management, coping with trauma-related behaviors, and communication techniques to help youth succeed at home, in school and in the community Working with the Child/Family Team, doing intakes, case management, and chart maintenance/documentation.
