Serves as a liaison between families, The Center’s staff personnel, The Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and other agencies charged with support to fragile families. Develops a positive relationship with individuals seeking services within Heights Suburban Collaborative program and provides high quality, responsive connection to resources and programs that address identified family need. Knowledge of community resources to aid in the ability the help families navigate large service system, to promote family stability and reduce the risk of child maltreatment.
