Under the supervision of the Catholic Social Ministries Director, the Family Resilience & New Mothers Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating family-centered programming that promotes stability, resilience, and overall well-being for children, parents, and families throughout the community. This position provides comprehensive case management, facilitates educational and social-emotional programming, develops community partnerships, and connects families with resources that strengthen long-term family success. The coordinator serves as the primary administrator of the Edmundite Missions New Mothers Program, overseeing participant recruitment, enrollment, curriculum implementation, budgeting, community partnerships, program evaluation, and grant compliance. The coordinator also collaborates across Edmundite Missions departments and with community organizations to provide coordinated wraparound services.
