About The Position

Greater Philadelphia Health Action (GPHA) is a non-profit healthcare organization founded in 1970, dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and affordable healthcare services to underserved communities in the Greater Philadelphia area. GPHA has grown to be a leading provider of ambulatory medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare, offering on-site services such as laboratory, pharmacy, and language interpretation. The organization is currently seeking Family Practitioners for its Medical Division. This role includes telehealth components, allowing for either onsite or offsite services, with provided desktop computers and phone connectivity. Virtual supervision, support, and case consultation are also available.

Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive services in an ambulatory setting: well patient care; diagnosis and treatment of acute illness; and long-term management of chronic disease.
  • Family practice patients will consist of the age group: newborn – geriatric.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NextGen EMR
  • Bi-lingual Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive services in an ambulatory setting.
