About The Position

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing team in Macclenny, FL. The FNP will provide patient-focused care in an urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine setting. The role involves leading a small team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This opportunity is suitable for new graduates, offering comprehensive training, ongoing support from experienced providers, and the chance to utilize the full scope of practice. Requirements

Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
MSN, or higher education required.
Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.
DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified (company covers the cost).

Responsibilities

Care for every patient who comes through the door within your scope of practice.
Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues.
Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.).
Suture.
Splint.
Conduct general orthopedic evaluations/management.
Review x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist).
Handle general dermatology issues.
Address general eye problems.
Perform general EKG interpretations.
Utilize emergency management skills.
Demonstrate general GYN expertise.
Treat children of all ages.
Provide occupational medicine services.
Conduct telemedicine appointments.
