Family Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
DMC Primary Care, a physician-owned, independent practice, is seeking a full-time experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team of primary care providers. This position is located in Concord, NH. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with nursing staff and physicians to deliver primary care for every member of the family—from newborns and children to adults and seniors. The goal is to provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment, along with enhanced primary care that offers high clinical quality, expanded services for patients with chronic conditions, and personalized patient education.
Requirements
- Full-time experienced Family Nurse Practitioner
- State of New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of three years of previous outpatient primary care experience is preferred
Responsibilities
