About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient primary care role focused on caring for patients across the lifespan. It is a full-scope Family Medicine opportunity with strong support staff and clinical autonomy, in a stable weekday-only outpatient setting designed to support continuity of care and provider balance. Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
• Team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced providers welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
• Deliver preventative care and chronic disease management
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes
