The community of Amherst is seeking a family physician to join their team of experienced nurses and social workers at the Recovery Support Centre and Opiate Recovery Program in a 0.4 FTE position. Requirements
- All applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
- All applicants must be eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
Nice To Haves
- Physicians holding a Certificate of Added Competence in Addiction Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada will qualify for higher renumeration as outlined in the Physician Agreement (2024-2027)
