About The Position
A well-established community health center in the western region of New York State invites Nurse Practitioners (FNP or WHNP) to join its clinical team. This role encompasses supporting clients through all stages of prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care in an inclusive setting, while also delivering comprehensive family planning and well-person services in line with best practices and accreditation standards. Flexible scheduling is available for both full-time and part-time employment, blending office visits with on-call responsibilities in a collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements
- Experience providing patient care in maternal health, primary care, or women's health settings.
- History of working effectively in team-based environments with diverse populations.
- Competency with essential clinical documentation and patient education.
- Open to Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners.
- Hold, or be eligible to obtain, nurse practitioner licensure in New York State.
