Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
About The Position
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, primarily in a local high school, with occasional coverage at a nearby outpatient clinic. The role offers strong clinical and administrative support, manageable patient volume of approximately 2–3 patients per hour, and autonomy to focus on quality patient care in a mission-driven environment. Compensation is salary-based with no production pressure. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with 5x8 or 4x10 options. There is no hospital call, rounding, night work, or weekend work. The position includes support from medical assistants and referral coordinators, as well as an established EMR.
