Family Nurse Practitioner - NP/PA

CVS Health•Westminster, MD
•$46 - $99•Onsite

About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring a clinic-based Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to provide high-quality, affordable, accessible primary and family care in the Westminster, Maryland area. The role delivers in-person care, with virtual visits conducted from the clinic when onsite volume is lower and virtual care will not delay or interfere with in-person services. Providers have clinical and organizational support and practice using evidence-based guidelines and assessment and treatment planning tools. This is a part-time position of 20–25 hours per week. Candidates must be able to work one or two 10-hour weekday shifts and every other weekend, including both Saturday and Sunday (an 8-hour Saturday shift and a 7-hour Sunday shift). Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home. The position requires physical presence at the assigned clinic. The role involves prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching, as well as the ability to perform Basic Life Support. The typical pay range is $46.03–$99.14 per hour. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Depending on hours worked and eligibility, benefits may include dental and vision coverage, wellness resources, employee discounts, certain voluntary benefits, and other programs.
