About The Position

We are an innovative e-commerce and healthcare brand focused on providing exceptional health care for individuals over 45. We are seeking board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners to deliver personalized care at scale for women aged 45 and older who are navigating hormonal, metabolic, and weight-related changes. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized care plans, managing follow-ups, reviewing labs, responding to asynchronous clinical requests, and prescribing treatments within the scope of practice. The platform supports care across GLP-1-based weight management, Testosterone and HRT, metabolic and longevity care, peptide therapies, and Suboxone medication-assisted treatment. This is a high-accountability, remote role for a clinician who can act with urgency while maintaining sound judgment, thorough documentation, and patient safety. We provide the necessary technology, workflows, administrative support, pharmacy coordination, and patient-care infrastructure to allow clinicians to focus on patient care and problem-solving. We are looking for proactive individuals who genuinely care about patients, are comfortable managing a high-volume telehealth queue, can follow protocols while using independent clinical judgment, communicate clearly and quickly, take ownership of problems, suggest improvements to workflows, execute direction without constant supervision, and are humble, coachable, and dedicated to excellence. Join us for meaningful responsibility, a steep learning curve, and the opportunity to help build a trusted healthcare company.
