This is an outpatient Family Practice role serving patients across the lifespan, offering flexible scheduling options including 3x12 schedule opportunities. Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
- Manage preventative care, chronic conditions, and acute visits
- Collaborate within team-based care environment to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient management workflows
- Support mission-focused healthcare delivery within diverse community populations
