About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient primary care opportunity in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The provider will care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, and consistent, patient-centered team-based care. The role works alongside an experienced clinical support team and includes dedicated administrative time in the daily schedule.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, seven clinical hours and one hour of administrative time each day. The position averages more than 15 patients per day, includes minimal phone-only after-hours on-call responsibilities, and requires one late clinic shift approximately every six to seven weeks. Base salary is $125,000–$140,000 annually. Student loan repayment of up to $50,000 and relocation assistance of up to $10,000 are offered.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• At least 2 years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Comfort providing care to patients of all ages.
• Experience managing chronic conditions and providing patient education.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient care environment.
• Strong commitment to consistent, patient-centered care.
