About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. The role offers comprehensive primary care in a 100% outpatient setting, dedicated administrative time, physician collaboration, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to build ongoing relationships with patients and the surrounding community. The practice is team-based and emphasizes continuity of care.

The usual schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the option of four 10-hour shifts. The position includes 36 clinical hours and four administrative hours per week, plus shared 1:12 phone-only call with an MD. The practice uses Athena EMR.

Compensation is a $110,000–$135,000 base salary based on experience, with a fiscal-year productivity bonus. NHSC student loan repayment eligibility and relocation assistance are available.

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Maine Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain Maine licensure.
• DEA registration.
• Comfort providing comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-based care environment.
• Commitment to community-focused patient care and long-term clinical stability.
