About The Position
Grace Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. We offer impactful work, a supportive environment for professional growth, and are an approved site for State and Federal loan repayment programs. A sign-on bonus is also available.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing and successful completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program in a practice specialty (for FNP)
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and eligible for or currently certified by the National Commission on Certifying Physician Assistants (for PA)
