About The Position

Medcor is currently looking for a fully licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work Full-Time in our employer-based clinic setting at Archer Daniel Midland (ADM) in Marshall, Minnesota. The work environment is in a manufacturing/processing plant focusing on occupational health/surveillance, urgent/episodic care, and primary care. The hours for this position will consist of a four 10s schedule. Tentatively: Tuesday - Friday 6:00AM to 4:00PM. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide excellent occupational health/surveillance, urgent/episodic care, and primary care for the clinic, while also working collaboratively with other medical and operational leadership at Medcor, other Medcor associates, and key contacts within the client�s corporate structure. This position will operate as a sole provider. The clinic provides a broad scope of services including the diagnosis and treatment of workers compensation injuries and illnesses, surveillance and regulatory exams, primary/preventative services to the clients employees. As well as urgent/episodic care for employee's dependents older than 5 years of age and contractors. This position will work closely with a Medcor employed oversight physician assigned to the site, as well as the assigned Operations Manager and Director. This position requires no on-call hours; however, with advanced notice, flexibility for additional hours is preferred, as requested by the client.

Requirements

A valid unrestricted Minnesota licensure
Current DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
A positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills � with patients, clients and colleagues
Willing to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service
Comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment

Provide superior clinical care and customer service to Medcor�s client and employees
