About The Position

A well-regarded outpatient clinic in southern Texas is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver patient-focused, accessible primary care services. This role involves evaluating patient concerns, managing both short-term and long-term medical conditions, providing preventive care, administering immunizations, and supporting individuals in achieving their health goals. Additional responsibilities include assisting with clinical documentation, supply management, and coordination of patient care activities within the clinic setting.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care or urgent care environment is required
• Skilled in performing thorough physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning
• Ability to administer vaccines and medications while educating patients on their use and effects
• Familiar with electronic health record systems and standard clinical documentation practices
• Effective in working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and support staff
• Possess or is eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
