About The Position

One Medical is seeking a per diem, hourly clinician to provide primary care across multiple office locations in San Francisco, California. The role involves 8–23 patient-care hours per week and is considered casual employment. Clinicians see patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits; this is not a panel-building role. Care is delivered in the office and occasionally through telehealth. The clinician collaborates with in-office teammates in daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, applies their clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures. The role also requires willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. One Medical describes its mission as making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable through in-office and virtual care, on-site labs, and programs addressing preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health. One Medical joined Amazon in February 2023 and aims to improve health outcomes while building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team. The hourly rate is $96.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, with additional pay potentially available for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may also include benefits.
