We’re looking for a passionate Family Medicine Physician (DO) to serve as Residency Core Faculty — shaping the next generation of physicians while providing comprehensive care to our patients. Requirements

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible).
  • Eligible for Washington State medical license and hospital privileges within four months of hire.
  • Board Certified (or board eligible) in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (OMM/NMM).
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching and precepting medical residents.
  • Commitment to cultural humility and working effectively in a Native community.
  • Current ACLS and/or PALS and/or ALSO certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum family medicine care — including obstetric, psychiatric, surgical, and emergency services — as credentialed.
  • Serve as core faculty for the Family Medicine Residency Program, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to resident education, precepting, curriculum development, and scholarly activities.
  • Provide and precept inpatient Osteopathic Manual Manipulation (OMM) services at area hospitals and other healthcare facilities, as assigned.
  • Provide teaching and evaluation of resident (OMM) skills through didactics presentations, workshops, and participate in osteopathic residency CCC.
  • Mentor and evaluate residents and medical students, fostering their growth in both clinical and professional skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and organizational committees.
  • Collaborate with specialists and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Engage in community-focused health education and promote culturally responsive care.
