About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Family Medicine Physician opportunity. We are seeking a mission-driven physician who values continuity of care, collaborative medicine, and strong clinical leadership. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who wants to step into an established patient panel, support site-based clinical programs, and deliver full-spectrum primary care in a team-focused setting with sustainable scheduling. Candidates with jumpy or unstable resumes will not be accepted or interviewed. Stable tenure, strong patient relationships, and commitment to long-term practice are highly preferred.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active Washington medical license or ability to obtain
  • Active DEA license or ability to obtain
  • Authorized to work in the United States (No visa sponsorship available)
  • Strong commitment to primary care excellence
  • Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Stable employment history with quality patient care focus
  • No Family Medicine training alignment
  • Unable to obtain Washington medical license
  • No DEA eligibility
  • Requires visa sponsorship
  • Poor patient satisfaction / bedside manner concerns
  • Limited interest in long-term continuity care
  • Preference for episodic-only or urgent-care style practice

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of outpatient Family Medicine experience
  • Prior leadership, preceptor, or clinic program oversight experience
  • Experience in community health, rural medicine, or underserved populations
  • Strong productivity balanced with patient satisfaction outcomes
  • EMR proficiency and quality metric awareness
  • Interest in long-term practice growth and mentorship
  • Family Physicians with 3+ years outpatient experience
  • Physicians with leadership or Medical Director support experience
  • Community health / FQHC / rural medicine backgrounds
  • Physicians with high patient retention and satisfaction metrics
  • Providers seeking mission-driven long-term practice

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions
  • Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and patient education
  • Develop patient-centered treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
  • Support and oversee established clinical programs at the Olympia site
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Director, APPs, nursing, and support teams
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant EMR documentation
  • Promote continuity of care and high-quality patient outcomes
  • Participate in team initiatives supporting access, quality, and patient satisfaction
