About The Position
A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient network. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, work-life balance, and practicing in a collaborative outpatient setting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Washington State medical license or eligibility
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Strong communication and patient-centered care approach
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams
