About The Position
St. Elizabeth Physicians is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a growing, well-respected Primary Care practice supported by St. Elizabeth Healthcare, an award-winning, integrated health system. The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive Primary Care services for patients across the lifespan. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and educating patients while working closely with a multidisciplinary care team. This physician will play a highly visible role within the practice and the community, consistently creating a positive experience for patients, staff, and leadership. Physicians are supported by St. Elizabeth Physicians’ administrative and clinical infrastructure while contributing to shared clinical, operational, and financial goals.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency
- Ability to obtain medical licensure in the state of practice
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years of completing residency
- Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA
Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive Primary Care services for patients across the lifespan.

- Plays a highly visible role within the practice and the community.
