About The Position
Seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a Locum Tenens position in Fayetteville & Lithonia, GA. This is an outpatient, clinical-only role covering supplemental needs from August 5 to December 31, 2026. The physician will see patients of all ages with a volume of approximately 20 patients per day. The role operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and is supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), a Registered Nurse (RN), two Medical Assistants (MAs), and three office staff members. The facility utilizes the Epic EMR system.
Requirements
- Active GA License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Responsibilities
- Provide family medicine care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
- Work collaboratively with support staff including an APP, RN, MAs, and office staff.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient charting and management.
