Requirements
- MD or DO REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Active California Medical License REQUIRED
- Active DEA Registration REQUIRED
- Compassionate, Patient-Centered Primary Care Approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and chronic disease management
- Care for patients across multiple age groups in a school-based community setting
- Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care
- Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR
