About The Position

Partnership Health, an outpatient Family Medicine Practice, is seeking an experienced Full Time Family Medicine or Med/Peds Physician for an outpatient office in Brick. This role is open only to employees of the Brick Township School system. Our offices offer onsite Family medicine, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, X-Ray, and Behavioral Health. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice. The physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. This role focuses exclusively on outpatient care in a collaborative, team-based environment with an emphasis on quality, continuity, and preventive medicine.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active New Jersey state medical license
  • DEA registration (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 2 and above in an outpatient setting
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform routine physical exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
  • Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modification
  • Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical best practices
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support staff to deliver high-quality care
