A Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) is a healthcare professional specialized in providing comprehensive medical care to individuals of all ages within a family unit. Requirements
- Medical Doctor degree or DO Degree from an accredited institution.
- 3 years residency training in Family Medicine.
- Current unrestricted State Medical License.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Current State D.E.A. Certificate.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuing medical education and staying informed about advancements in family medicine.
- Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses.
- Provide routine check-ups and preventive care services.
- Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention.
- Discuss age-appropriate screenings and immunizations with patients.
- Manage and monitor patients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Coordinate care with specialists when needed.
- Foster open communication to address family health concerns.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Consult with and refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Coordinate care plans with other healthcare providers.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide initial stabilization.
- Engage in community health initiatives and educational programs.
