Family Medicine Physician
About The Position
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Family Practice Physician to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join a collaborative, well-supported practice with 2 physicians, 4 APPs, and dedicated RN support, offering access to on-site lab and X-ray services plus the flexibility for each provider to build a practice aligned with their individual interests and strengths. Work with a diverse patient population of all ages, strong specialty referral connections, and opportunities to perform procedures and teach residents, medical students, and NP students. Practice setting: Outpatient clinic with an average of 16 patients per day, supporting quality, patient-centered care. Employed position within a nonprofit health system. Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and consultation, with opportunities to manage referrals and hospital-based responsibilities as needed. Engage in quality improvement, cost-effective care initiatives, and academic activities as desired, while maintaining timely, accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Located in Oshkosh a vibrant community of approximately 67,000 residents offering a lively downtown, diverse dining, and cultural attractions along the Fox River and Lake Winnebago. Home to University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and host of the world-renowned EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, the area provides a dynamic blend of education, innovation, and year-round events and recreation. Requirements
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and consultation.
- Manage referrals and hospital-based responsibilities as needed.
- Engage in quality improvement, cost-effective care initiatives, and academic activities as desired.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
