About The Position

Join our dedicated team as a Family Medicine Physician committed to delivering patient-centered primary care in a welcoming and professional environment. Our mission is to improve health outcomes through personalized, accessible healthcare that emphasizes prevention, education, and long-term relationships. This role offers a balanced schedule with no weekend shifts, allowing you to provide comprehensive care to adult and pediatric (2+) patients in our employer-sponsored health and wellness center. You will perform physical exams, diagnose and treat common health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an approved Family Medicine residency program.
  • Minimum of one year of post-residency clinical experience.
  • Current unrestricted medical license in or ability to obtain one.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Strong clinical judgment with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse patient populations.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Current BLS or ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease treatment.
  • Perform physical examinations, health-risk assessments, and review medical histories.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with patients to promote wellness.
  • Educate patients on preventive measures, healthy lifestyles, and disease management.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results accurately.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare resources as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical staff such as Medical Assistants, Patient Advocates, and Service Directors to deliver coordinated care.
  • Participate in setting clinic goals and initiatives aligned with our mission of putting patients first.
