About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Arcata, California. This is a mission-aligned outpatient Family Medicine role serving a diverse Northern California patient population. It features a collaborative multidisciplinary care model with strong clinical support and meaningful community health impact. The role offers the opportunity to practice relationship-driven medicine with manageable patient expectations and built-in operational support. Access to integrated services including behavioral health, chiropractic care, acupuncture, telepsychiatry, and virtual triage resources is available. There is a strong mentorship and onboarding structure with a dedicated six-month support program for new providers.

Requirements

MD or DO degree REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
Commitment to serving underserved and diverse patient populations REQUIRED
Comfortable practicing within a multidisciplinary outpatient care environment REQUIRED
