About The Position
Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the established team at the East De Pere Clinic in De Pere, Wisconsin. This full-time opportunity is based in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with interdisciplinary support and a strong culture of teamwork and provider retention. Board-eligible and board-certified candidates are welcome, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Physicians share call responsibilities: one weeknight per month and two weekends per year. The role offers opportunities to perform office-based procedures, including suturing, mole removals, IUD placement, Nexplanon insertion and removal, and colposcopy. The East De Pere Clinic provides onsite support from three Nurse Practitioners and services including behavioral health and counseling, physical therapy, anticoagulation, dietitian support, diabetes education and management, laboratory services, and radiology services. Requirements
- Board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine Physician.
