About The Position
EHMG Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician. This role involves direct medical services for 40 hours per week, 46 weeks per year, with 36 patient care hours. The position includes a rotating on-call schedule. Patients will have easy access through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR. The physician will experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients and be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.
- Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
- Board certification/Board eligible in Family Practice
