About The Position

Deliver high quality comprehensive care to patients with a focus on relationship building. Assessing patient’s current health risks. Providing disease prevention, education and detection. Team collaboration and multidisciplinary approach to care. Various clinics in Indianapolis, Carmel, and Kokomo. Employer Health clinics serving employees and their dependents. Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
