About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics to join their well-established, team-based residency clinic in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This is a non-faculty position with a dedicated clinical focus, uniquely embedded with their Family Medicine Residency Clinic. The role offers an excellent opportunity to provide full-spectrum family medicine, including prenatal care and deliveries, within a residency training environment, without required teaching or academic responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program
- Must be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated
- Must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations

Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine, including routine obstetrical care and deliveries
- Participate in shared call rotation for OB
- Manage deliveries in collaboration with OB/GYN colleagues
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APCs, nurses, and medical assistants
- Collaborate with residents and faculty in a supportive, mission-driven environment
- Maintain continuity of care for your own patient panel within the collaborative clinic model
