This location has 1 physician and 1 APC. The office is open 8a-5p with call being rotated with other Physician and APC's including sister sites. Patient slot durations consist of 40 minutes for new, wellness/preventative for 46 and older, child well visits, TOC, and medical clearance and 20 minutes for wellness visits for 45 and under, return patients and acute visits. In a Family Medicine career with LVHN, you’ll experience: Family medicine physicians see patients of all ages, from newborn to elder adults. We support in-office procedures, women's health procedures and sports medicine procedures for those with interest and training.

Requirements

Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required

Interest and training in in-office procedures, women's health procedures and sports medicine procedures.

Responsibilities

See patients of all ages, from newborn to elder adults.
Support in-office procedures, women's health procedures and sports medicine procedures for those with interest and training.
Provide 36 patient care hours/week.
Participate in call rotation with other practices in the region.
Utilize onsite and remote care team to support clinicians.
Engage in career development opportunities in teaching, research and physician leadership.
