About The Position

MercyOne New Hampton Family Medicine is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for a busy practice in New Hampton, Iowa. The position offers instant patient volume and a flexible practice style, primarily focusing on outpatient care with optional inpatient and Emergency Room duties. The physician will join a team of 3 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), providing comprehensive family practice care to patients ranging from newborns through the elderly. The standard schedule is four ten-hour days per week. New Hampton is located approximately one hour from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital recognized nationally as a Top 100 Hospital. The community of New Hampton has a population of 3,494 within Chickasaw County (population 12,012) and offers excellent public and private schools, along with abundant recreational opportunities including public parks, bike trails, golf courses, a wellness center, and an aquatic center. It is conveniently located 45 minutes from Waterloo, 1 hour from Mason City, and 90 minutes from Rochester, MN.
