About The Position

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join its clinic in South Wheaton, Illinois, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. The physician will provide patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions and promoting wellness and preventive care. The role offers a supportive, collaborative clinic-based environment focused on high-quality care and strong patient relationships, with an emphasis on work-life balance. The physician will join a team of eight Family Medicine Physicians and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic call schedule is four weeks per year. The position includes hospital privileges at NM Central DuPage Hospital, nurse and certified medical assistant support, standard primary care equipment, a procedure room, onsite lab services, and the EPIC electronic health system. Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
Valid Illinois medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
