About The Position

West Virginia University School of Medicine - Eastern Division seeks a Family Medicine Physician for outpatient practice with inpatient obstetrics at Berkeley Medical Center, Medical Office Building 1 in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Ranks available are Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. In addition to providing patient care, the physician will teach medical students, residents, and fellows.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree, or foreign equivalent.
• State medical license and DEA registration required by the start date.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
• Training in a Maternal Child Health Fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine services with inpatient obstetric care.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
