Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician.
- Passionate and family-oriented.
- Ability to work with an established patient population.
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered and evidence-based care.
- Join a well-established department of Family Medicine physicians and APPs.
- Utilize in-office procedural capabilities.
- Collaborate with a large specialty consultation base.
- Participate in teaching opportunities with two Family Medicine residencies and IU School of Medicine.
