The South Bend Clinic is seeking a passionate, family-oriented Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our highly reputable physician-led and owned multi-specialty group. Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician.
  • Passionate and family-oriented.
  • Ability to work with an established patient population.
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered and evidence-based care.
  • Join a well-established department of Family Medicine physicians and APPs.
  • Utilize in-office procedural capabilities.
  • Collaborate with a large specialty consultation base.
  • Participate in teaching opportunities with two Family Medicine residencies and IU School of Medicine.
