About The Position
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 6 physicians and 4 APPs with a 1:7 call structure in an outpatient practice setting. Access to support staff is available. This is an employed position within a nonprofit health system. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine and eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up; collaborating with care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions, including effective discharge planning; driving quality and cost-effective care initiatives that improve patient outcomes and overall system performance; and maintaining timely, accurate documentation to support clinical care, compliance, and reimbursement requirements. The facility is a large multi-specialty physician group serving a population of approximately 660,000 with an integrated referral network, and is part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
